Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Gluten-free flour
- 1-½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Dear
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Dairy-free milk
- ¼ cups coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Water
- Dairy-free chocolate chips, as needed
Preparation
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter over the pan. Cook until bottom is golden. Carefully flip the crepe with a spatula and cook until the second side is golden brown. Remove from pan and serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
