Creamy and delicious dairy-free hot chocolate made for cold nights and snowy days.
- 1 cup Almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Dark Dutch Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoons Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add milk, water and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sea salt and whisk again.
Add the chocolate chips and whisk until creamy. Cover for 2 minutes to bring to high heat. Remove the baking sheet and serve immediately.
