Calling all cheese lovers! These Baked Parmesan Chips only take 8 minutes to make, making them the perfect option for a quick and easy guilt-free snack. Keto and gluten free. Add your favorite spices or flavorings such as dried rosemary, basil red pepper flakes or garlic powder.
- 4 ounces, liquid Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
- Favorite spices/flavours
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Cover two baking sheets with parchment paper. Alternatively, you can use two silicone baking sheets without parchment paper or silicone muffin cups.
Put the freshly grated parmesan in a bowl. Using a measuring tablespoon, spoon the grated parmesan onto your baking sheet. Spread out the piles of Parmesan cheese so that each has a circular shape about 2 inches in diameter. Make sure there is about 1 inch between each stack, as they will spread out slightly when baking. If you’re using a silicone muffin pan, place 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese in each cup, making sure it’s spread evenly over the bottom.
Top each pile of cheese with a bureau of black pepper and any additional spices or flavorings you like!
Put in the oven and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Watch carefully as they can overcook and/or burn very quickly.
Remove the baking sheets from the oven and allow the cheese to cool completely before removing it. The cheese will remain slightly gooey and malleable until it has cooled, at which point it will be perfectly crispy and delicious!
