Blueberry lemonade is the most refreshing drink of spring and summer. It comes together quickly with four ingredients. It’s a family favorite and we love serving it at our summer parties.
- 2 cups Fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups Cold water
- ⅔ cups Sugar
In a small saucepan over low heat, add blueberries and lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the blueberries have burst, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and pour through a fine wire mesh strainer into a large measuring cup, using the back of a spoon to extract the juices.
Pour the blueberry mixture into a pitcher. Add water and sugar. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
