Gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast bagel.
- 2 Gluten Free Bagels
- 250 grams Ground Beef Or Pork
- ½ teaspoon Wise
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 slices Dairy Free Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Dairy-free milk
- Salt and pepper, for seasoning
Toast bagels and set aside.
Mix ground meat, sage, thyme, onion powder, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. In a shallow saucepan over medium heat, cook 4 minutes on each side.
Place 2 patties in each bagel. Garnish with cheese slices.
Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and push until cooked. Divide between bagels and enjoy.
