The cocoa and blueberry dessert smoothie is sensational! Thick and creamy, cocoa and blueberries go together perfectly! Vegan and dairy free.

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- ½ cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ¼ cups Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- ½ tablespoon Peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Seed mix, optional (see Notes for my mix!)
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cups Whey powder or protein powder of your choice
Preparation
Blend everything in a blender until smooth and creamy. I love that this smoothie is nice and thick. If you prefer a thinner consistency, just add a little more milk and mix again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy the pure delight that this smoothie is for the taste buds!
Notes: To make my seed mix, in a medium sized jar with an airtight lid, fill halfway with flaxseed (linseed). Then top with equal parts sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Stir or shake the seeds until well blended. Store in a cool, dry place (I keep mine in the fridge in the summer).
