Cauliflower fritters are vegetarian fritters mixed with dill to make the dish tasty.

Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Cauliflower head
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chopped dill
- ½ cups chopped onion
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- vegetable cooking oil
Preparation
Mash the boiled cauliflower. Add mashed cauliflower, salt, black pepper, sugar, dill, onion, eggs and flour and mix well. Add more flour if cauliflower mixture is still runny.
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the skillet over low heat. Once the oil is hot, pour 2 tablespoons of the cauliflower mixture into the pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes over low heat. Flip and repeat with the remaining donuts.
