Healthy and easy snack to prepare at home!
- 1 cup Dark chocolate
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- ¼ cups Peanut Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Agave or maple syrup, or more to taste
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Add the coconut oil and mix well.
In a bowl, add the peanut butter, a pinch of salt and the agave (or maple syrup). Stir well until it has the consistency of a paste.
In each mold (I used 8 small paper molds), add 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Once the chocolate has hardened, add 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture, then cover with the remaining melted chocolate, until all the peanut butter is coated.
Refrigerate again for about 15 minutes, then unmold. Enjoy!
