The sweet, gooey flavors of a cinnamon roll are packed into this to-go oatmeal cup. Healthy and easy!
- ½ cups Old fashioned dry oatmeal
- ½ cups Almond milk (unsweetened)
- 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, Plain And Fat Free
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese, fat free
- Nuts, for garnish
Combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar and cinnamon in a mug or glass.
Using a spoon, stir until all ingredients are combined.
Heat cream cheese in microwave until softened. Add to oatmeal mixture and mix well. Sprinkle walnuts on top. (Don’t stir the nuts into the mixture until the next morning.) Cover and place in the fridge. Let the oats sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Mix well before eating. Serve warm or cold.
