Delicious and quick immune boosting smoothie that tastes like an orange creamsicle!
- 2 whole Oranges
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Dear
Start by peeling the orange then separate it into small wedges. Place these segments on a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
In a blender, add the collagen, almond milk, honey and oranges. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
Note: Add more almond milk if you like a thinner consistency.
