Ingredients

  • 3-½ tablespoons flax meal
  • 3-½ tablespoons Hot water
  • 1 block (about 11-14 oz. size) Firm Tofu
  • 1 cup Pork Rinds Without Ground Pork – Or Panko
  • Spray oil

Preparation

Preheat the air fryer to 380ºF.

Mix the flax with the hot water, set aside in a deep plate.

Rinse and pat the tofu dry. Cut the tofu into the desired shape (I used rectangles). Dip the tofu in the flax mixture. Then dip the tofu into the rinds, pressing down firmly.

Spray generously with oil (I used olive oil). Place in the air fryer for 10-14 minutes. No need to return them.
