The Cherry Dump Cake is an incredibly delicious easy dessert that takes less than 10 minutes to put together. It’s so delicious it reminds me of my grandmother’s cobbler. For an extra special treat, try it a la mode.

Ingredients
- 1 box (20 oz size) Crushed Pineapple
- 1 box (21 oz size) Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 cup Sweet coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box (Size 15 1/4 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
- ½ cups Melted butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Pour the crushed pineapple with the juice into the mold and spread evenly. Pour the cherry pie filling over it. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
Sprinkle cake mix over pecans and coconut. Pour the melted butter over the cake mix.
Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: This cake looks more like a cobbler and is absolutely delicious a la mode.
