Easy Vanilla Oatmeal

The smell and flavor of vanilla in the morning will awaken all your senses. Our new easy vanilla oatmeal will brighten your day and keep you satisfied for a few hours.

Preparation: 2 minutes

Cook: 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • FOR THE VANILLA OATMEAL:
  • 7 tablespoons Rolled rolled oats
  • 250 milliliters Vanilla non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed flour
  • 1 tbsp Liquid sweetener
  • FOR GARNISH :
  • 8 whole Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts

Preparation

In a small saucepan, add the ground oats, flaxseed meal, liquid sweetener of your choice, and non-dairy vanilla milk. Stir everything well and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken or until the desired thickness is reached.

Transfer the mixture to a small bowl. Add the topping ingredients: hazelnut butter, blueberries, and sprinkle with a few hearts of hemp.
