Ingredients
- FOR THE VANILLA OATMEAL:
- 7 tablespoons Rolled rolled oats
- 250 milliliters Vanilla non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed flour
- 1 tbsp Liquid sweetener
- FOR GARNISH :
- 8 whole Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
Preparation
In a small saucepan, add the ground oats, flaxseed meal, liquid sweetener of your choice, and non-dairy vanilla milk. Stir everything well and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken or until the desired thickness is reached.
Transfer the mixture to a small bowl. Add the topping ingredients: hazelnut butter, blueberries, and sprinkle with a few hearts of hemp.
