This Mediterranean Feta Hummus has some of my favorite flavors and is perfect as a dip for veggies, crackers or bread. It also works as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.

Ingredients
- 1 box (15 oz size) chickpeas, drained
- 4 ounces, weight Light feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cups Green olives (Trader Joe’s Spanish Manzanilla olives with chili peppers)
- 2-½ tablespoons Tahini
- 1-½ tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp (Round) Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 clove (Big) Garlic
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 pinch Oregano for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1-½ tbsp Water, or more as needed to improve texture
Preparation
In a food processor, mix everything together, pouring in the olive oil and water, adding more if necessary. If you want a creamier texture, a little extra water helps. Enjoy with your favorite crackers or chips/pita bread and a little fresh oregano for garnish.
