  • 1 cup Ground flax seeds
  • 2 cups Alternative milk of choice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey or other sweetener

Preparation

Combine ground flax seeds and milk in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and the sweetener of your choice (optional).

Wait 4-6 hours or overnight for it to take on a pudding-like consistency.
