- 2 yellow plantains
- Sea salt, to taste
- 500 milliliters Vegetable Oil, For Frying
Cut both ends of the plantain and peel it. Slice the plantain diagonally and season with sea salt.
Add vegetable oil to a large skillet or wok and heat over medium-high heat. Fry the plantain for about 2-3 minutes or golden brown in color.
