Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh pizza dough
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons Grated fresh parmesan
- marinara sauce
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the dried oregano, dried parsley, garlic powder and finely grated parmesan.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Using a pizza cutter, divide into twelve equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 5 inch rope about 1/2 inch thick. Tie a knot and place on a prepared baking sheet, tucking the ends under.
Brush the knots with 1/2 of the melted butter mixture. Bake for about 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with remaining butter mixture and serve quickly. If desired, serve with marinara dipping sauce.
