Need a quick fix for inflammation? Golden milk is known for its healing properties and is one of the strongest anti-inflammatory drinks.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cook: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic unsweetened coconut (or almond) milk
  • 1 tbsp Peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Peeled and grated fresh turmeric
  • 4 whole Black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Local Honey

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, heat the coconut milk, ginger, turmeric and peppercorns. Bring the mixture to a boil. Let simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Add cinnamon and honey. Strain between cups. Serve hot.
