Kickstart game day with these delicious, perfectly crispy and spicy Keto Buffalo Chicken Wings, ready in minutes in the air fryer!
- 1 cup Hot sauce
- ¾ cups Butter (ghee for dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 pound Chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together hot sauce, ghee or butter, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic powder. Bring sauce to a boil, whisking frequently, then remove from heat.
Cut the chicken wings into 3 pieces, discard the wing tips. Lightly coat with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to “crispy air” at 390°F for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, shake the chicken wings into the basket, then restart the air fryer and cook at 390°F for another 10 minutes.
Place the chicken wings in a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over the wings, coating them evenly. Let the wings cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
