A Korean rice dish mixed with kimchi and gochujang, served with a fried egg.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup Chopped kimchi
- 1-½ cup Bean sprouts
- 3 cups Cooked short grain rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1-½ tbsp Soya sauce
- ¼ cups Kimchi juice
- 1 teaspoon Gochujang
- 3 Eggs, cooked sunny side up
Preparation
Add cooking oil to skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the onions. Stir for a few minutes, until it turns light brown. Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add kimchi and stir until almost cooked. Add bean sprouts and mix well. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cooked rice and stir for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the eggs) and mix well. Add a small pinch of salt, then mix again.
Serve topped with fried eggs.
