Lemon Ginger Tea (with optional honey) is the perfect tea to soothe a sore throat and is easy to make at home even if you don’t have tea bags in your pantry! All you need is a fresh lemon and some ginger if you have it on hand!
- 8 ounces, liquid Hot water
- ½ whole Lemon, juiced or sliced
- 1 tbsp Honey (also optional)
- Fresh ginger, to taste (optional)
Heat water using a kettle or by adding water to a cup and placing it in the microwave.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the cup and stir. Or you can thinly slice the lemon and add slices to the cup.
Add honey or a sweetener of your choice and ginger if using. Stir to combine.
