I don’t skip breakfast. Some mornings I have time to cook eggs and sit down at the table. Most mornings I don’t have that extra time. I have been blending my breakfast for years! This mix contains about 50 grams of protein.
- 1 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Pasteurized liquid egg whites
- 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- ½ Attorney
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
In a blender, combine the ingredients listed above. Mix and taste. If the texture is too thick, add a little milk to dilute it a little.
•You can use any frozen or fresh fruit such as bananas and berries. You can also add chopped leafy greens. I love the silky texture that the avocado adds.
• Do not use raw egg whites. Eating raw foods can cause foodborne illnesses. Use pasteurized egg whites.
