Ingredients
- ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 5-¼ cups oats
- ½ cups Lightly salted chopped peanuts
- ¼ cups Wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons Linseed
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
- 2 tablespoons Dear
- ½ cups sugar free jelly
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat again for 15 seconds.
Combine oats, peanuts, wheat germ and flax seeds in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine peanut butter, canola oil and honey. Mix well. Stir in the jelly just a little (don’t stir too much, you want the peanut butter and jelly to separate a bit).
Place granola on sprayed baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the pan and stir the granola, turn the pan and cook again for 10 minutes or until golden.
Let cool. store in an airtight container.
