Delicious and easy pickled Jalapeno peppers that come together in under fifteen minutes. These sweet peppers are perfect for tacos, burgers, burritos, sandwiches and omelettes.
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons White sugar
- 1 tbsp Sea salt
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- ten Jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 1 Medium size diced sweet onion bites
In a large saucepan over high heat, bring the water, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic to a boil.
Add the jalapenos and onions. Remove from heat and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Using tongs, remove the peppers and onions from the pan and place them in canned jars. Pour marinade solutions over peppers, cover and refrigerate.
