A creamy, cheesy, traditional southern delight! Serve with butter crackers for an appetizer, top your burger with them, add to grits, add to eggs, the possibilities are endless!
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 4 ounces, weight Cream cheese
- ⅛ cups Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons peppers
- 1 tbsp Dear
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. If you have a blender it will make it easier if it’s not just mixing by hand with a spoon. Serve chilled with crackers and celery.
