- ¼ cups Coconut Flour
- 2-½ tablespoons Golden flax meal
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp Swerve (or other sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅔ cups Unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
Add the coconut flour, flax meal, hemp hearts, sweetener and cinnamon to a small saucepan and mix well. Add the coconut milk, almond milk and vanilla extract and mix well so that no lumps remain.
Turn the stove to medium-high heat and stir the oatmeal until it comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to simmer and continue stirring until desired consistency is reached, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn off the stove, remove the oats from the burner and let sit for 1-2 minutes. This allows the mixture to thicken!
Divide into bowls, garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
