Single-serve strawberry crumble made with pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- ¼ cups Flour
- ¼ cups oats
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Cut the strawberries into quarter-sized pieces and place them in a small mixing bowl. Add vanilla extract, sugar and cornstarch and mix until combined.
In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and melted butter.
Place the strawberries in a small baking dish and pour the crumbles over them. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the sides begin to bubble.
Serve with ice or on its own.
