- 3 pounds Pork belly
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- ¾ cups brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
Preheat your smoker to 275F.
Cut the pork belly into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Take the black pepper, garlic pepper, salt, brown sugar, paprika and mix them together to break up the lumps. Spread this mixture over the pork belly cubes and be sure to rotate the cubes so all sides are seasoned equally.
After seasoning, put the cubes in the smoker for 2 hours.
After two hours, place the cubes on an aluminum roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Proceed to cook the cubes for another 2 hours.
When done, remove the foil and drain all the liquid. Pour the barbecue sauce over the cubes and make sure to coat them evenly.
Increase the temperature of your smoker to 350F and return the cubes to the smoker for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the cubes and let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Keep eating and enjoy!
