Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage cheese (fat free)
- ¼ cups Banana, mashed (for 1/4 cup you will need about 1/2 banana)
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cups Strawberries
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ cups Pecans (optional)
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, banana, stevia and vanilla. Stir until well blended and let stand 10 minutes for flavors to develop.
Clean and hull the strawberries, then cut them into large chunks.
After ten minutes, add the strawberries to the cottage cheese mixture and stir. Garnish with cinnamon and pecans (optional).
