Strawberry-Raspberry Frozen Prosecco Pop Mimosas

These Prosecco mimosas are made with fresh berries, all-natural fruit popsicles, and lemon zest. Light, refreshing, gorgeous and totally delicious.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Strawberries
  • ½ pound Raspberries, divided
  • 4 Strawberry or raspberry popsicles
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 bottle (750 ml size) Prosecco

Preparation

Dice the strawberries and lightly mash half of the raspberries. Add about 1 teaspoon of each to a wine glass.

Place a popsicle in each glass and slowly pour the Prosecco into the glass, approximately 1 cup of Prosecco in each drink. Garnish with a sprinkle of lemon zest and garnish with the remaining raspberries. Shake the popsicle several times and enjoy!
