  • ¾ cups Tahini
  • 1 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons Beef gelatin
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 4-¼ ounces, weight Dairy-free chocolate
  • 1 cup Sliced ​​strawberries

Preparation

For the base

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the hot water and stir well until all the batter is incorporated.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon divide the mixture into twelve, use a muffin tin.

Firmly press the batter into each muffin tin

For filling

To melt chocolate.

In a bowl, combine tahini juice, cinnamon and monk fruit.

Add the melted chocolate and stir well.

Top each coconut base with the chocolate tahini mixture and finally add the sliced ​​strawberries.
