A simple, no-bake recipe made from the delicious combination of tahini and chocolate. This is also gluten free, paleo and low carb.

Ingredients
- ¾ cups Tahini
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons Beef gelatin
- 1 cup Hot water
- 4-¼ ounces, weight Dairy-free chocolate
- 1 cup Sliced strawberries
Preparation
For the base
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the hot water and stir well until all the batter is incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon divide the mixture into twelve, use a muffin tin.
Firmly press the batter into each muffin tin
For filling
To melt chocolate.
In a bowl, combine tahini juice, cinnamon and monk fruit.
Add the melted chocolate and stir well.
Top each coconut base with the chocolate tahini mixture and finally add the sliced strawberries.
