We use super acai powder to make a Vegan Acai Oatmeal recipe, to give our immune system a little boost, which is essential these days.
- FOR THE OAT FLOUR:
- 7 tablespoons Rolled rolled oats
- 250 milliliters Non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon Acai powder
- 1 teaspoon Liquid sweetener
- FOR GARNISH :
- 3 whole blackberries
- 7 whole Currant
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
In a small saucepan, add the ground oats, acai powder, liquid sweetener of your choice, and milk or non-dairy water. Stir everything well and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken or until the desired thickness is reached.
Transfer the mixture to a small bowl. Add the topping ingredients: blackberries, currants, coconut flakes, and sprinkle with a few hearts of hemp.
