Ingredients
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ Peeled frozen orange
- 1 Bag of frozen unsweetened acai
- ⅔ cups Plain unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cups Gluten Free & Vegan Granola
- 1 A handful of blueberries
- 1 A handful of sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp Vegan Nutella
Preparation
1. Break the acai in the package. This will make mixing easier.
2. Place acai, banana, orange and a small amount of almond milk (⅓ cup) in a high-speed blender. Pulse until everything is well blended and has a creamy consistency. Depending on your type of blender, you may need to stop blending and scrape the sides of the blender to make sure everything combines well.
3. Place the acai mixture in a bowl and top with granola, blueberries, strawberries and nutella. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
